Talk to Gastroenterologist on Swelling Of Lypmh Nodes In Stomach

Dear All , My 5.5 year old son has been suffering from stomach infection (5 times in the last 4 years) … usually starts with excessive vomiting and abdominal pain with no fever , cough, flu … recovers after getting admitted in hospital in 3 to 4 days .every time they find swollen lymph nodes (Stomach) in sonography & treat with antibiotics but No doctor has been able to diagnose the source & occurrence reason , the answer is either this is viral or bacterial, i am looking to consult best paediatric gestronologist in lahore?? your valuable feedback is appreciated
