take syp duphalac 30ml at night time, spaghol husk 2 table spoon mixed in any dring or water ( two times in a day)
apply xylocain jelly at paiful burning araa in anus before passing stool
after passing stool and washing anal area apply 0.2% GTN ointment at burning site
