Tummy Issue And Lactation

Question

Hello, not that I have eaten too much meat. (not found of it). I was having pain in upper tummy (stomach area and back) from last few days, and since yesterday afternoon, I am having diarhea. Have been taking 2 tablets of flagyl 400 at a time. Took 5 so far. What should I do? I am alse feeling my newborn kid.
