was taking Mesalazine 2.4g daily, was in remission from 5 months but again bloody flare started and daily 8,9 times Washroom visits , previously was on amorin 75mg too which left around 1.5 month ago but now again facing issue

Salam..it appears that your UC is active. Best thing is to increase mesalazine to maximum dose ( I.e 4.8 daily ) along with topical mesalazine for 4 weeks e.g Mesalazine 1 g suppository or enema. It’s always worth excluding infection on stool examination. Your UC needs reassessment with FCAL +- Colonoscopy
