Aasalam alaikum sir Mera upper abdomen ma pain ho raha tha tho gastro ka doctor ko dekhaya tho ultrasound karwaya tho wo report normal thi magr phr uno na medicine de aor endoscopy ka bhe bola tha wo bhe karwa le hai aor abhe vertigo ka masla bhe ho raha hai kabhe dard abdomen ma hotha hai tho kabhe vertigo hona lagthi cap nexum 40 mg 1+0+0 tab domel 1+0+1 syp ulsanic 1+1+1 aor abhe vertigo ki waja sa tab levopraid 25 mg 1+0+1 de hai magar chakar kabhe atha hai aor kabhe abdomen ma pain ho tha hai ma yaha reports share kar raha ho please check karka btayeya kya masla hai
ask your primary physician he better guide you as he has done endoscopy. for vertigo better to consult a Ent surgeon or Neurologist.
