Talk to Gastroenterologist on Vomiting

my son 9 years old has vomiting issue by birth earlier doc said stomach valve is loose it will tighten by the age of 8years but not yet but now they are saying we will go for endoscopy. wheat allergy test is norml almost every thing is normal now plz guide what to do i am very much worried.
