assalamualaikum kindly someone answer this my son had food poisoning yesterday all night He vomited 6-7 times in the morning he had loose motion also We visited the doctor he had given medicine domel cefim calpol hylixia eclyte-z he doesn't have vomit and loose motion now but he is sleepy all day He gets up for only half an hour and then sleeps again eating does not want to eat anything and is also not drinking nimkol kindly suggest something
