Meray betay ko 1 saal sy constipation ka problem hai phir fissure hua 3 to 4 times.. phir surgery krwai ab 2 months honay lgay surgery ko, medicine abhi bhi continue hai constipation hai 0.5 spoon but motion regular nhi ho rha. 1 month St body me pain hai specially legs me, headache, eyes me bhi pain hoti hai usay. 2 dafa fever, kbhi vomiting but daily legs wagara me pain hai. Calcium, vit D, multivitamin ka syrup bhi day rhy hain. Diet bhi achi hai or water intake bhi. Q thek nhi ho rha bacha?? Usay legs and eyes me pain q hai?? Kiya reason ho skti hai? Please guide me in detail
