Plz Do xray chest and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY take Ventolin Inhalor sos and ventide inhalor 2 puff morning 2 puff evening better see a doctor physically
AOA! Are you using only ventolin tablet for your breathing problem? If yes it’s not the enough and right treatment . You should not take ventolin tablet by mouth but take ventolin inhaler 2 puffs whenever there is breathing trouble and it’s only temporary relief treatment .For better control You should have regular steroid inhaler ( beclomethasone 80 mcg or Budesonide 160mg) twice daily for at least one month. Also Singulair (montelukast) 10 mg tablet daily at night for 1-2 months. Also add some anti allergy tablet like Zyrtec 10 mg daily for 1 1 month give me feedback about your symptoms control so I can decide about any further treatment plan. Thanks
