I am not Diabetic HTn patient ... But my weights 76 kg some time I have to stand prolong but since 6 days I have noticed pitting edema initially on right side now bilateral more prominent at right side ... Cbc shows hb 9.5 asi am thalassemia minor ... urea Creatinine & Lft is normal shortness of breath... even tried to raise legs but edema not subside even after rest .kindly give your opinion
