I have been in for a year in Karachi, and for three months, I am back in Quetta. I had severe fatigue, itching, perspiration, fever, fluctuation in appetite, nausea, and stomach cramps. I have been advised to conduct CBC, which revealed the increase of WBC up to 13.5, which stated i have an unknown infection. later, I was directed to go through a blood culture test. The result shows that keeping the sample for three days, no pathogen was found. The consultant prescribed the following medications indicating may be you have severe allergy. 1.Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day. 2.Panadol extra 1 tab thrice a day 3. Avil injection 5mg once a day 5 days 4.Dexamethasone injection once a day ror 3 days. 5. Multivitamins 1 tab once a day.
