Feeling Of Pain (like Swelling) Just At The Bottom Of Rib Cage.

Question

i have feeling of pain just at the bottom of my Ribs cage, just at the last rib maybe. it's not a permanent pain. when i sit for a while it starts to feel a burden like disturbance, uncomfortable feeling. i have done my ultrasound, ultrasound was clear with no issue. doctor said it maybe due to gas issue. but I feel like it isn't. what can be the reason.
