Talk to General Physician on Fever, Dry Cough, Headache And Discoloration Yellow Spots On Arms. Covid 19 Symptoms

Last week my Nani died so i had to attend her funeral with my family. I attended for 3 days there were many people there without mask. I also wasn't able to wear a mask on all 3 days. on 2nd day i started having headache and body pain, since 4th day i have been having dry cough, mild fever, headache and discoloration yellow spots on my wrists. other than that my mother is also having dry cough, sore throat and sneezing sometimes. my father is having dry cough. I'm afraid my family and i have been infected with Covid 19. If that's true so what should i do to recover. I have been taking Panadol tablets for some days. Should i take cough syrup or do anything else to recover from Covid 19 ?

First get a PCR done for COVID, self isolate in seperate rooms, use seperate bathrooms, Monitor yourself and family for breathing difficulties
report to emergency of nearest public hospital if anyone develops shortness of breath or gets bluish discoloration of tongue/ body.

Don't have any shortness of breath problems yet. I have to take Panadol for headaches. I can handle dry coughing, but headaches are too much for me i never had them before. My father doesn't have any other symptoms than dry coughing, i checked his tongue it had a little blue line on it. He is a smoker though. I never checked his tongue before so I'm not sure how long it's been there.

Yes my senses of taste and smell are perfectly working. But I'm still having dry cough with sore throat and headaches which were worse before, now they happens once or twice a day lasts for some minutes only. Strange thing is i never had any headaches before though.

Have sound sleep. Plenty of water.
Check your BP if its normal then take Tab. Panadol Extra
