syp brophyl D(dry cough) or syp brophyl (productive) 1+1
tab calamox 625mg 1+1 for 7 days
cap risek 20mg 1+1 (sehri sa pehla and iftari ka ek ghanta baad)

tab motilium v 1+1 (khana sa 15 min pehla) for 3 days

for constipation give water to conspic ( 8 drops in half glass water for 3 times,when constipation subsides then stop conspic drops)
