CBC report shows low hb Count. I was diagnosed with thalassemia minor few years back. please suggest some treatment if possible.

Picture not opening.So I could not find your current Hb level.
Take Becefol tab one daily.
Vit C tab 500mg once a day
DO NOT TAKE IRON (unless serum iron or serum ferritin is repeated and found low).You have to remain in touch with haematologist if serum iron is found to be low.
Sometimes iron deficiency is also found in minor Thallasaemics ,hence judicious use of iron only under care of haematologist is required .
I have seen a few patients in whom iron deficiencyvoexisted with thalassemia but normally iron overload ia always high in thallasaemics.

I will start taking this tablet my hb is 10 at the moment.but it got around 8 during my pregnancies despite of getting plenty of venofer drips and when doctor suggested iron profile I was iron loaded at that moment.
I will get fresh iron profile .
