Talk to General Physician on Low Fever, Sore Throat, Loose Motions And Nausia

My mother got motions since two days and still continue, along with this she is also having 99-100 fever and sore throat. Yesterday, she also started feeling Nausia... For safe side we have isolated her in home, she is using panadol every 6hours, Norsaline P nasal drops twice and Smecta Sachets and metochlopramide 10mg (prescribed by neighbourhood clinic) motion were not stopping so she also took Tablet Imodium(self medication) still after every hour she is having runny stools. She is DIABETIC AND ALSO HAVE hypertention for which she takes medicines also she also take medicines for depression (depricap, dulan).. could this be covid 19? should we go for testing immidiately or see for more symtoms then decide...?
