My Stomach have acidity, and midnight heart beat increase my feel of stomach is heavy . I have take Mahican but my heart beat palpitation increas in midnight .I feel my stomach full.

you need to take good healthy diet,maintain healthy lifestyle get an ecg done during such episode and TSH level
Ap ko gastric issue hai jis ki ye sub symptoms hai. Ap apni diet mai badi or fried foods ka use na karen. Or night walk lazmi karen.
