Talk to General Physician on Pain And Pointed Thing In My Index Finger Of Right Hand

sir x ray is done there is no issue with bones. I can share my reports but only one picture is uploading here

I have gone to many specialist I can share my reports

first I went to jirah after bandages of 5 days nothing was done. then I went to a doctor he said it's bone bruise and conducted x ray as well but x ray was completely fine so bone bruise was overruled I took physio therapy sessions with ultrasonics but nothing matured. then I went to another clinic and they gave me kt tape and cold therapy with ice but still pain was there. then I went to a orthopedic doctor he injected a steroid and said it's a flexor Tendonopathy and pain was better but I he recommended exercises from which again pain was there . then I went to a plastic hand surgeon he prescribed rest and then on my last visit he said maybe it's a nerve issue and he recommended a surgery. but he also said that after surgery I may lose reflexes in my finger. I don't want to go through a surgery please prescribe any alternative treatment. I also think that every doctor is saying something different and I seriously don't know what's the problem exactly

Need EMG/NCS test... if axonal damage then surgery... otherwise medicine and proper physiotherpy
