I am a student and love studying but can’t focus because of this problem.
This has been going on for about 9 months.
My usual sleep schedule: 9 AM – 3 PM. I wake up feeling hot and soon become drowsy again from 4AM – 9 PM, daily even if I walk or try to stay active.
I drink about 11–12 glasses of water daily.
I have constipation for the past 2 years; usually pass stool 3–5 times a week.
For the last 4 months I have skipped breakfast (used to eat bread/loaf) because it worsens the heating and drowsiness. Now I usually take one cup of yogurt with one cup of porridge instead.
I’ve tried changing my sleep schedule (for example, staying awake at night and sleeping in the day); sometimes this reduces the problem for 3–4 days, but then it returns.
When I wake up and drink 2–3 glasses of water to cool down, I usually pass urine only after 2–2.5 hours.
Whenever I eat foods like roti or rice, I often don’t feel the urge to urinate for 2–2.5 hours even if I drink 1–1.5 glasses of water w
