The patient initially had black vomit. Following this, she experienced chest discomfort, for which she received IV Rulling and green test injections. After that treatment, vomiting stopped. However, she then developed continuous loose motions, which have been somewhat persistent. Blood tests were done multiple times: initially hemoglobin was low, and on repeat testing it remained low (anemia), with elevated white blood cells, indicating ongoing inflammation or possible infection. The reports do not appear fully normal. Additionally, she has skin eruptions/rashes over the body and one cracked toenail, possibly related to her overall health condition. These combined issues require careful evaluation and management to determine the next steps.

black vomit is often ground coffee colour telling old bleed partially digested in stomach. common cause is hepatitis becoming uncompensated. but there is usually history of other issues of liver before escalating to this stage. if this is acute in onset then might be hemorrhagic fever (if fever present) or peptic ulcer/gastroenteritis(shigela). need labs and history.
