last night first there is pain in my neck than after some minutes my neck goes unable to move there is unbare able pain in my neck after this my body start shivering I check fever it's 102 and than pain in my whole body my lags and thighs are effect badly due to throat pain unable to eat anything

need to be visited by a specialist physician ASAP as in case of neck pain and fever meningitis should be ruled out.
