Talk to General Physician on Want To Get Rid Of Vit B12 Injections My Body Does Not Absorbers It Orally.

I have to take shots of Vit B12 every month because doctor told me your body is not producing Vit B12 its self. i am fed up with these injections pls can any doctor helo me out in this matter? Isnt there a way my body start to produce Vit B12 again ? OR there are B12 tablets i can take oral? And i dont know if oral tablets will help me out or not because what if my body still does not absorbers it when i take oral Vit B12.
