Asking For Self, Female, 32 Years old, karachi
I have one year old baby but after her birth i always have pain in back legs palms cant grip, and from 3 months we re trying to conceive but no positive outcome. What tests can be done or should i take multivitamins or folic acid med before trying? What other foods to take?

First of all start taking Ibert folate 1 tab daily after breakfast or lunch....if ur Hb and MCV is low,it will get better....secondly if u already have a child and if he/she was conceived naturally without using any medication for infertility then u can inshAllah easily conceive again..... most ladies don't know that when they ovulate 2 days before ovulation and 2 days after ovulation these days are a window period to get pregnant naturally instead of rushing to unnecessary tests better follow this first
