Is there any history of kidney disease? or any family history of hypertension?
salam. we need to see some blood tests if possible. liver function tests, RFt, lipid profile, C.T or MRI abdomen. ECHO heart for him. sometimes there are genetic reasons for disease appeaeijg in young age dr i would suggest please consult cmh phyisician in internal medicine. . for lahore i can suggest you Dr Tallat Naheed who is professor and quite experienced in her field.
hi..if u have a family history of htn it may lead to ur brother having it in sch a young age ..also smoking,stress could trigger the symptoms even more
