Moderate Anemia Plus Sinus Tachycardia

Question

Hello, I got my ECG done and CBC test done. I have been diagnosed with Sinus tachycardia having bpm of 130, and I have low hb level, hemoglobin has been found of 7.6 in my CBC report. Is it safe to take inderal to reduce tachycardia, and iron tablet to make hb levels high??? I mean is it safe to take inderal and iron supplements in a single day, considering the anemic condition I have.

you can take both, take iron with food .
But why u have low hb? any bleeding ? hemmorhides? black stools?

your low hb is the cause for your tachycarfia. correct your hb via iron drip please before it falls further. supplements will not help too much in thid case. after ur hb reached 9 or 10 u can continue with supplements.

continue taking inderal but at Hb 7.6 u need inj.Venofer at least 2 drips a week apart after that u can switch to iron supplements such as tab iron one 1 tablet daily or Tab polymalt F 1 TAB daily after  lunch ....both are good to stable ur HB levels.... u can take inderal in the morning
