ok 15 days is not a long period. u can use it. but take it between the meals. secondly u can shift to some other brands. but remember to take that too between a meal.

If you already have gastric issues then avoid taking multivitamins for now.Take treatment for gastritis and then you can take multivitamin.
Need to consult the doctor for treatment plan.
