I am overweight. 64kgs and 28 BMI. I have been working out (cardio workout) since may with proper routine with a trainer but still I haven't lose even a single kg I am extremely worried I dont know what's the problem I have gotten my thyroid test its normal. Now I feel tired I don't want to exercise anymore. since three days I leave the session in the middle as I am unable to do it I feel exhausted and tired. suggest me what to do I want to lose weight I felt a little bit difference last month but now again it seems I gained it back I have added boiled eggs in my breakfast but cant eat it due to hot weather so I take 2 slices of bran bread in breakfast with peanut butter, A CD size roti in lunch and half roti in dinner. Need suggestions what to add in my routine to lose this stubborn fat
