Talk to Gynecologist on Bartholin Cyst.. For Almost 1 Year

My friend has bartholin cyst. She has been suffering from it for almost 1 year. She felt shy in telling anyone. She told me when her pain was unbearable. She is very shy and she doesnt want to visit any doctor. can anybody plz guide how she can cure bartholin cyst at home. i have told her about sitz bath. but i think as it has been a year since this problem started so i think antibiotics will be needed with sitz bath. can any one plz suggest some antibiotics, dosage, and for how long she will have to take medicine.
