Aoa dr, I am 33 female unmarried having fibroids small ones and water cyst small in size. No other medical problem. I was having periods on my date they were completely fine with good flow after bleeding for 3 days properly thry stoped which is mormal cycle for me but on 5 day again sudeenly i start bleding so heavy and with heavy clots for few minutes it was like a running water tab. I was so worried and my brain was like foogy i want to know the reason pls help me un this regard leme know possible reasons. Havibg faborids but still my periods are on on time and proper Alhamdulilah. I do check with doctors previously on my matter and keep an eye.
Just observation is needed with follow up, provided cyst is benign looking . Take vitamins for foggy brain .

Was it just this cycle?Fibroids can cause heavy painful bleeding. When was ur last ultrasound?if it happens again, I would suggest that you see a gynaecologist. Thanks
What is the size of Fibroids ? Have you repeated the scan from some other and good sonologist. Fibroids lead to heavy bleeding episodes. Regular followups and treatment is required in your-case.
