Talk to Gynecologist on Bones Pain After Delivery

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female 37, Karachi

I delivered a baby 3 months back on 25th March through normal delivery (with epidural and vaccume). After 1.5 month of delivery, I am having pain in my bones and muscles. My baby is on breastfeeding and I give top feed only one or two times in a day. I have been taking supplements of multivitamins, calcium and VIT d on regular basis. In early delivery days I used to skip but since I am having severe pain in my bones, I have been regularly taking supplements. I consulted with my gyne 25 days ago and she had my tests done of calcium and VIT d. my VIT d level was 12 and calcium was 7. She suggested me to take calcium twice a day and VIT d on weekly basis which I am taking but no change in pain. I am unable to apply pressure on anything as I feel my bones and muscles are very weak and I am having continuous sharp pain in my right middle finger and left feet and toes. left arm is not working properly as I hold my baby in left arm. Losing grip from both hands due to low energy.
