Talk to Gynecologist on Difference In Breasts

Mjhy ek soft lump hy underarm ki skin pe or meri dono breasts me mjhy touch krny py difference feel hota hy i feel something hard in my right breast while my left breast is normal as always and my lump is also in my right underarm 3 months ago i got my ultrasound done for both breats and underarms doctor checked and then she said this is nothing to worry but now whenever i check my right breast i feel something at uper area of my nipple but when it comes to my left breast there is nothing like that what should i do now? I’m worried is it normal and i feel my right breast is bit bigger and havier then the left one
