Talk to Gynecologist on Fissure Or Hemorrhoids

Hello, I started to bleed in my pop since I gave birth thru vaginal passage. Bleeding thru anus kept happening in intervals of month sometimes after two months for one or two times in a day after that it use to vanish. When I use to bleed it feels like my pop is hard and it have created a cut in my anus, I don't have a problem for constipation usually,( am 28 years female with 65kg weight ) but today all of the sudden I felt a kind of sac or a guilty out of my anus and when I pop it bleeds. Do I need to see a doctor or home remedies can overcome it. Please respond me urgently
