Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae Prob

Asslamoalaikum Please tag any gynaecologist Well! I am diagnosed with bartholin cyst at left vulva upon physical exam by my gynae. Symptoms are just swelling, fever and chills.. No pain and no smelly discharge et al (as told by my gynae). She prescribed me velosef 500mg three times a day for a week and danzen for swelling thrice a day and told me cyst liquid will drain out due to these medication which normally happens otherwise procedure will be done to drain this out. Now it's 7th day of my medication and this is still in same condition, painless to me and no smelly discharge, no drain out but yes fever and chills persists till now and my head continuously node since yesterday night and I am feeling dizziness too. Now please Dr tell me what should I do.. Should I go for procedure in this situation (head node, dizziness, fever, chills) or wait until cyst itself drains out??? Thanks in advance.
