My first pregnancy was PPROM at 26 weeks. Baby delivered at 28 weeks. Baby is alright now, Alhamdu lillah. Now, I'm pregnant again. Ma Sha Allah. Which scan is suitable to know either uterus opening to be stitched or not? plz guide.

after 12 to 14 weeks ultrasound foe cervical length can be done.but u dont need it really

Why don't need? My first pregnancy went high risk due to rupture of water bag at 26 weeks? Is there really no need for cervical clage?

u can have ultrasound but there r many other reasons of pprom apart from cervical shortening.
