Irregular Periods First Time Happened

Question

Period date 5th December, and it\'s stop around 10 days after 2 days taking bath again bleed when I go to urinate. Its now 15 days and having minimum quantity bleeding. Kindly guide me what can I do?
I\'m 49 years old, height 5.2\' weight around 53kg. Having 3 kids. My youngest boy is 13years now. No BP and Suger problem.
