Aoa, I'm 27 years old and had a baby 8 months prior. I've been using multi vitamins like surbex Z and osanate D but not regularly. will do now Inshallah becoz now my bones and other health related issues are happening. I wanted to use alternate of these medicines that don't give me acidity or any stomach related issue. so friend of mine suggested me ,her mother is gynae.., MINROG tablets and CORAL BONE. Are these good alternative and can I use them without thinking twice?

thank you doctor. I have stomach related problem,not sure if it's IBS,there are certain things I can't eat including milk. I have not get my period since delivery. been 8 months. my weight is 47. height is 4 10. and I had GDM during pregnancy.
