My periods started in 2013, and everything seemed normal. However, in 2014, I got chickenpox, and since then, my periods have been completely irregular. I was later diagnosed with PCOS, and without medication, I dont get periods at all. Its been 10 years of taking medications, yet nothing has improved. This situation is overwhelming and disheartening, as I cant help but wonder—does this mean Im not ovulating? Will I ever be able to get pregnant in the future? These thoughts weigh heavily on me.

you need to motivate your self to positive mindset and lifestyle modificatioj just like DM ,PCOS is a syndrome which one can acheive control thru vigorous modifications along with medications .Be in regular touch with a good endocrinologist or gynecologist for proper guidance.It is never black or white rather a grey zone always exist .
