Talk to Gynecologist on PCOS, Prolong Bleeding UNMARRIED

I have been suffering from PCOs and I have been treated for PCOs for 2 years. and since 4-5 months with gaps I have a complain of prolong bleeding. Not heavy. Mild bleeding for more than 7-10 days. A gynaec prescribed me transamine to stop bleeding and asked me for pelvis ultrasound. I am attaching both my previous and current ultrasound. Respective authorities kindly advise.
