Suddenly Low Milk Supply

Question

Hi, my baby is 10 weeks and I nurse him. He also takes meiji but only twice daily. My milk supply has always been fluctuating and I take Hi Lacta for that, but from past 3 days my milk supply has been extremely low that my baby’s tummy is not getting full and he cries. Is there any treatment, any medication that can increase my milk supply immediately?
