Talk to Gynecologist on Urinary Tract Infection, Urinary Obstruction

My mother faces the issue of UTI, very often, despite using alot of medications prescribed by different doctors. Also, she has the problem of urethral obstruction, where she can't pass the urine completely and it feels that bladder is still not empty after passing of urine. 2 years back, she was gone through a surgical procedure too where a tube was used to open the urethral blockage. But, now she is again experiencing a these problems. Kindly suggest something for this.
