Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Infection
Asking For Self, Female, 26 Years old, l
I have had vaginal issues for 4–5 years. Earlier I had itching and took antifungal treatments multiple times, which helped the itching.
Now my main problem is a persistent strong foul vaginal smell. It increases with moisture or movement.
Currently: - itching is very mild - no thick white discharge - sometimes slight watery discharge
I took metronidazole (Flagyl 400 mg twice daily for 5 days) 9 months ago but it didn’t help.
Could this be bacterial vaginosis? Should I take a proper 7-day treatment instead? I want treatment mainly for the smell, not antifungal unless necessary.

Best is to go to gynaecologist n get HVS for culture and sensitivity, if you cant go to dr then start Take dysen forte once a day for 3 days , clycin V vaginal cream full applicator in vagina for 7 nights , inshaAllah you will be better ..

Yes ofcourse if you are unmarried you cannot use vaginal cream , just take oral
