This happened to me twice uptil now the first time it happened a month ago now happened yesterday, I sleep on my tummy most of the time and this has happened to me when I was sleeping on my tummy I wokeup around 6 am both time and I look upside in the middle of sleep the whole room was spinning badly and I got up and hold the table and It got normal. the spinning was so bad everything was shaking but then it got normal this has happened to me when I was sleeping on my tummy and look upside in the middle of sleep.
please help me why it happened!

you have internal ear balance problem. its called positional vertigo.
take tab serc 8mg thrice a day.
and tab stematil thrice a day for 1 week. and avoid salt as much as u can. it will settle down
How many time it happenend. Does it happens only during sleep.??

yes Happen two times in last two months. I got up in the middle of sleep and was in prone position it happened as soon as I balance my self It got fine.

internal ear imbalance problem will completely cure InshaAllah it's treatable after taking some medicine book appointment with me don't you worry
Start loprin 75 mg. Monitor ur blood pressure specialy early in the morning.
If u feel any weekness or vertigo again u should go for consultation with a physician
May b high blood pressure in mid of night and any ischemia in brain due to this.
As under control of hormones our BP gets slight increase after 4 am
