- Dear I have read ur given description of hormonal levels but nothing seems abnormal Actually .
- U can try for next baby with few Precautions,healthy tips
- have normal BMI and weight by having daily Exercise and walk.
- if have regular Cycles can try in fertile days of cycles for Conception like in regular 28 days Cycle days 9-13 are fertile .so do have activity in these days .
If a bit irregular can have sex on alternate days from day 8 to day 16 .
- Try to have complete check up and regular treatment for any health issue u blood pressure ,suger levels and thyroid all should be normal.
- have healthy diet with less salt,suger ,spice and oil .
- have folic acid 0.4 mgs daily if no chronic issue of illness and normal BMI
But if not have 5 mgs daily .

Question:
Assalaam o alikom.i am fabeha .My age is 39. I have 2 sons 7 and 10 years old.I want to plan a baby but my dr told me I am going through with I wanna ask is there any chances that I can conceive in this present state .Or it's impossible to
get pregnant again.i have been taking progyluton in alternate months For irregular periods . My current hormonal test ... LH.....4.64 FSH.....4.37 TSH.....1.32 Prolactin....43.11 Please kindly reply.
