I have Beta Thalassemia trait(HbA2 5.5%)( & under treatment)and a history of chronic fatigue, weakness,to much infection,after on fever and digestive issues like bloating, gas. Recently, I’ve been feeling discomfort in my lower abdomen and suspect an issue in my large intestine—possibly IBS. Though not painful, it feels like incomplete digestion
