Talk to Hematologist on Always High TLC And Shortness Of Breath

My question is that i have high tlc in between twelve thousand to thirteen thousand always and my mch and MCHC always slightly low i notice these from a year when i do cbc .i take many cources of antibiotics but temporary decrease again high other parameters in cbc normal .why these are high i always feel shortness of breath when i do any work or walk or in rest position .is it sign of any cancer? blood cancer i am to much worried kindly tell me doctors or hematologist. i attach my report.
TLC count is not too high to worry. while in female there is iron deficiency anaemia. but your Hb is alright no need to worry.

here i see a doctor he say your wbc elevated no wbc types so it indicates no infections or allergy or no blood cancer is it true sir?? my symptoms are pea size multiple neck lymph nodes and shortness of breath always
