attaching the CBC report of my mother. she has always been anemic. used ibert folc 500 bht arsa phly. she had severe menopausal bleeding last month. pelvic US showed enlarged uterus also. need guidance. should we go for blood transfusion.?
she is very resistant for meds. eats very less. one bread or egg. 1/4 plate rice or roti. weight 60kgs

her Hb is low you can transfuse PCV but her actual problem of geavy bleeding should also be addressed so consult gynaecologist physically for proper treatment

we did consult a gynae. she gave some meds which the course has been completed bleeding has been stopped for about 2 weeks now. about the Hb should we focus on diet ? will iberet folic 500 daily work or should go for some other multivitamins too

no need of multivitamins unless needed
