Talk to Hematologist on Autoimmune Haemolytic Anaemia

My mother has autoimmune haemolytic anaemia and the doctor asked for Rituximab injections, she got 10 packed cells transfusion since December'24 and got admitted in hospital for several times. Her blood culture report done on 3rd August showed that she has Typhoid (Salmonella Typhi) for which Cefixime 400 msg were given as capsules.She is on Prednisolone and is suffering from the side effects of those and now she can't walk. Most recently she got Malaria plasmodium vivax 12.5 % in her blood and platelets 14 thousands.My Question is, If the typhoid was the cause of AIHA? Pls guide what is the treatment besides Rituximab injections as those are very expensive and we can't afford them.
