“Your CBC is largely reassuring. Hemoglobin (12.1 g/dL) and platelets (242 ×10⁹/L) are normal. WBC is mildly elevated at 12.3 ×10⁹/L, which can occur with infection or inflammation. JAK2 V617F is negative, so there is no molecular evidence of a myeloproliferative neoplasm.
For the persistent abdominal heaviness/pain and fatigue, I would recommend a clinical examination and abdominal ultrasound, particularly to assess the liver and spleen. Repeat CBC after 2–4 weeks.
