“Your CBC is largely reassuring. Hemoglobin (12.1 g/dL) and platelets (242 ×10⁹/L) are normal. WBC is mildly elevated at 12.3 ×10⁹/L, which can occur with infection or inflammation. JAK2 V617F is negative, so there is no molecular evidence of a myeloproliferative neoplasm.
For the persistent abdominal heaviness/pain and fatigue, I would recommend a clinical examination and abdominal ultrasound, particularly to assess the liver and spleen. Repeat CBC after 2–4 weeks. If the chest pain is significant, persistent, or associated with breathlessness, sweating, or dizziness, seek urgent medical assessment.
