attached is my blood count report from two different laboratories. there are some value which are out of ranges . seems to be problem with my health . please guide me

Changes are of little clinical importance. Showing some red cells abnormalities. It’s caused by some micronutrient deficiency. First build up your vitB12, Folic acid, iron, pyridoxine levels with supplement tablets. Repeat CBC and hemoglobin electrophoresis after one month.
