No need of ATG if planning SCT. If SCT is not possible, continue cyclosporine after ATG. It’d take a couple of years in improvement of the condition. Hematopoietic growth factors such as Filgrastim, eltrombopag, erythropoietin might also help in regeneration of BM. Regards Dr MRK from Pakistan
I have lot of queries and need for detailed information before I can comment on the recommendation made by specialist. I think you need to physically go to some clinical hematologist or haemoncologist with complete record of reports and get second opinion. e.g Aplastic anemia patient should not have splenomegaly and lupus anticoagulant are found in autoimmune disorders. Things dont fit in well in this incomplete summary of case.
your diagnosis need a review. It is nor simple Aplastic anaemia and that is why you are not responsive. I dont think it is right if I was to mislead you on treatment without reviewing diagnosis. You definitely need second opinion and review.

mam this is latest march 17 2020 my last Dr diagnose with final report after 2 year complete test and different types of I check with other took this test and ultrasound for enlarge as 16cm.
yesterday I go to transfusion medicine he told me to go Goucher test but then he siggest me not to per your test,reports, medicine used..I suggest you to do atg transplant

You have ITP right now which may evolve to aplastic in future. you donot need any of drugs that you used and donot need transplant. on this forum I cant reassure you more than this.

Continue until you get response. Take care of liver and kidneys. Get LFTs and RFTs done periodically

sir every three to 4 weeks Dr take this thing is normal even platelets are decreasing crruent 17k and spleen is enlarge with 16cm
